How to Replace the Glow Plugs on a Mini

Model: Mini Mini R57, R55, R56 - Years 2007-2014
Part: Ignition coil

Want to remove the coil from your Mini yourself? Follow these steps. Pull the engine compartment release lever located at the bottom left of the dashboard and lift the front bonnet, securing it. You will find the coils near the plastic engine cover. Lift the plastic clip and disconnect the power cable. Grip the coil and twist it right and then left until it comes out of the cylinder head. Take the new coil and insert it into the cylinder head, connect the power terminal, and lower the plastic clip. Repeat the same method for all the glow plugs that need changing.

How to Remove the Front Bumper Grille on a Ford Focus

Want to replace the central air grille on your vehicle? Here’s how to remove the front bumper grille on a Ford Focus: using a plastic lever or screwdriver, pry between the bumper plastic and the grille, detach the securing clips located on it. Finally, remove the grille from the centre of the bumper, and compare it with the one that will replace it. To proceed with the installation: secure the grille onto the bumper by engaging the clips (apply pressure with your hands on the grille without breaking it). Check the correct installation of the parts.
