How to Remove the Door Panel and Handles on a Mitsubishi Freeca or Adventure

This guide shows how to remove the door panel and handles on a Mitsubishi Freeca or Adventure. Using a Phillips screwdriver, unscrew the fastening screws of the panel located in the recess of the lock handle and in the armrest handle, removing the cover of the handle and armrest; disconnect the power connector for the window lift. Remove the lock release knob by unscrewing it. Remove the triangular trim piece of the mirror. At this point, detach the panel from the door starting from the bottom; disconnect the electrical connectors and remove the element. Remove the insulating sheet and unscrew the bolts of the outer handle, then pull it out from the door. Reassemble everything in position and check the proper functioning of the lock.
