Following these simple steps, we will see how to disassemble and replace the diesel fuel filter of the Nissan X-Trail 1.6 dCi. First of all, we open the hood of the car and start to locate the diesel fuel filter, which is located on the upper left side; then we remove the plastic cover of the filter to access it, as shown in the video. At this point, we disconnect the fuel supply pipes from the filter, also disconnecting the electrical connector; we unscrew the bracket screw to remove and replace the diesel fuel filter with the original one, applying the reverse process for reassembly!
