First, get inside the vehicle and turn on the ignition; then press and hold the power button for about thirty seconds to execute and complete the factory reset of the radio and multimedia system, as shown in the video.

At this point, turn off the ignition and turn it back on, checking the proper operation of the radio and multimedia system.
