Learn how to remove the EGR valve on a Nissan Primastar, with an important warning: this type of vehicle has two types of EGR valves with different electrical connectors; check the PIN number of your valve, or you won't be able to fit it! The YouTuber demonstrates how to access the EGR valve without removing the bumper, by working from the top of the engine bay. Remove the boost pipe by loosening the clips and disconnecting the sensor, take out the airbox, remove another intake pipe, and unscrew the bolts securing a support frame. Now, remove the throttle body (take the opportunity to clean the surfaces and ducts). You have finally reached the EGR valve: remove the metal pipe leading to the valve, disconnect the electrical connector, and you will see the valve is dirty with sludge, but also has moisture and traces of coolant; indeed, the EGR radiator is leaking. Therefore, it is not enough to change the valve; you will also need to replace the radiator, which will require removing the coolant pipes and losing most of the coolant, which will need to be replaced.
