Replacing the Air Filter in the Nissan Qashqai

In this video tutorial, you can see how to replace the cabin filter in the Nissan Qashqai. Generally, you should replace the air filter after driving 9,000 miles, as it begins to get dirty and may cause various issues. There are two types of cabin air filters available: white filters, known as pollen filters, which block only dust, and black filters, which are activated carbon filters that also filter gases. To remove the old filter, get inside the vehicle, turn off the engine, and engage the handbrake; lift the bonnet, then remove the pipe. Use a screwdriver to remove the clips and take out the bolt with a 10 mm socket; now lift the latch as shown in the video. Once the pipe is removed, unclip the fasteners in the filter housing, take out the old filter, and replace it with the new one, reassembling the parts in reverse order.
