Resetting the Service Light on a 2011 Nissan Qashqai

Model: Nissan Qashqai J10 - Years 2006-2014

Turn the ignition key and switch on the dashboard. At the bottom right of the dashboard (below the speedometer), there is a dial that allows you to navigate through the various functions of the onboard computer. Press this button repeatedly until you reach the "settings" menu, then rotate the dial until you highlight the "Maintenance" option. Press the button again and rotate the dial until you highlight the "service" option. Hold the button for two seconds and rotate the dial until you highlight the "reset" option. Press the button and rotate the dial until you highlight the "confirm" option. At that point, press the button again on the "exit" option, and this will exit the service menu, resetting the light.
