Here are the steps to safely and independently replace the button battery inside the key of your seventh-generation Nissan Sentra. First, completely slide out the physical emergency key contained in the cover by pulling the top of the key while pressing the button on the rear cover. Next, use the same physical key to open the cover and proceed to remove the exhausted battery. Finally, insert the new battery and correctly reassemble the key.
