How to Change the Battery on a Nissan Sentra

If you intend to replace the battery in your vehicle yourself, refer to the instructions below and the video tutorial. First, open the hood and locate the battery on the right side. Then, disconnect the negative terminal first, followed by the positive terminal. Using a socket wrench, remove the nuts securing the upper bracket. This will free the battery, allowing you to remove it from the compartment. Take the new battery and place it in its housing, reconnect the positive terminal first, then the negative terminal, and reattach the nuts for the upper bracket to complete the job.
