How to replace the glow plugs in the Opel Astra 1.7 CDTI?

In this tutorial, we can see how to replace the glow plugs in the Opel Astra 1.7 CDTI, a very simple and quick operation. First of all, make sure that the engine is cool enough, then open the hood and remove the plastic cover. Next, locate the four connectors indicated, disconnect them using the appropriate pliers, if available, and clean any dirt residue present. At this point, grab the first glow plug with a 12mm socket wrench, unscrew it gently, continue with the remaining three, and insert the replacements. To reassemble everything, simply follow the reverse procedure.
