The car alarm, both standard and aftermarket, of a car, not only for the Opel Corsa c, is activated and deactivated directly by the buttons on the key remote. The button with the closed padlock icon activates the aforementioned alarm, while the button with the open padlock icon deactivates it. That being said, it is important to specify that as a second security measure, as can be seen from the video, there is also an immobilizer, a device that recognizes the key code and allows the engine to start. In fact, if the mentioned key were to be broken, it would not be possible to use the car.
