Let's see the information that will allow us to disassemble and replace the knob of the automatic gear lever of the Opel Insignia. First of all, we get into the car and start by removing the gear shift boot from the lever, by levering on the sides; then we remove the clamp that we find between the boot and the gear knob, as shown in the video.

At this point, we pull the gear knob upwards with force, in order to detach it and remove it from the lever; we replace it with the new one, fixing it properly, and finally fixing the cover of the gear shift boot.
