How to Replace the Cabin Filter on an Opel Karl

Let's see how to replace the cabin air filter on an Opel Karl: the filter is located behind the glove compartment, so you will need to remove it from its housing. Start by emptying the glove compartment, then you will find two screws, one on each side. Unscrew them and then press the two clips located at the top of the glove compartment inwards to release it; now the glove compartment is free and can be removed. You will now see a plastic cover secured with clips, which protects the filter. Remove the filter and clean the glove compartment from dust and debris. Place the new and clean filter back in, ensuring the correct orientation: the arrows must always point downwards. Close the cover and reassemble the glove compartment by tightening the two screws, and you're done.
