Remove the protective plate from the crankshaft pulley. It is advisable to take a photo to maintain the original layout. Using a 16mm socket, lift the tensioner and loosen the belt, then remove it. Fit the new pulley, the new tensioner into its housing: loosen the pulley and then tighten the upper bolt. Install the new belt, ensuring it is routed correctly through all the pulleys. Reposition the protective cover, the protective plate, the wheel arch liner, and the wheel. Lower the vehicle, and if you disconnected the battery, reconnect it.
