You can replace the cabin filter on the Opel Astra by opening the glove compartment located on the passenger side: then loosen the screws that secure the glove compartment to its housing. This will allow you to remove it completely and open the filter box located at the back: the old cabin filter can be removed from its housing so that you can insert the new one. This can then be secured by replacing the cover and reinstalling the glove compartment.
