Resetting the Service Light on an Opel Corsa E

After performing regular maintenance, including at least changing the engine oil and the corresponding filter, you need to reset the service warning light from the instrument panel display; this is a manual procedure that does not require diagnostic tools. Once the ignition is on, use the cursor on the left stalk to scroll through the menu options and access the relevant section by confirming with the menu button; use the set/clr button to select the reset option and confirm again with the set/clr button.
