How to replace the headlight on an Opel Corsa

Model: Vauxhall Corsa Corsa D - Years 2006-2014
Part: Headlight

Let's see how to replace the headlight of an Opel Corsa? We open the bonnet by pulling the bonnet opening lever and put it in safety. We remove the bumper from the car body by hand to remove the headlights. We unscrew the fastening screws of the lighthouse with a wrench; we detach the headlight from the car body and the lamp holders from the headlight. We assemble the new headlight with the new bulbs if damaged and (always suitable type and size) insert it in its housing. Finally we reassemble the front bumper and tighten the pins. We test the correct functioning of the bulbs mounted inside the headlight.

Open the bonnet by pulling the lever located at the bottom left of the dashboard, and secure it with the prop rod. Locate the inspection cap of the headlamp (at the rear of the headlamp) and remove it. After removing the caps, you will find the bulbs with metal clips; pull out the bulb holder from the headlamp and extract the damaged bulbs using a screwdriver. Fit the new bulbs (ensuring they are the correct type and size) and insert the bulb holder back into the headlamp housing. Reassemble all previously removed parts.
