Fitting Cooling Pump on an Opel Corsa

In this video, you will learn how to fit a new coolant pump on this car. Follow all the steps carefully to get a detailed idea of what to do or not to do during the removal of the old pump. Start by applying a suitable high-temperature sealant to the bonding surfaces. Position it and secure the various mounting bolts with appropriate but not excessive pressure. After that, clean the side manifold and fit it with the new gasket, and attach the respective pipe to the front. Fit the pulley that will accommodate the belt. Complete the process by refitting the various pipes and components removed to access the pump.
