How to Remove the Fuel Pump from an Opel Corsa

Let’s see how to remove the fuel pump from an Opel Corsa C: the pump is located under the rear bench seats. First, unclip the cushions of the bench, releasing the hooks that hold them to the seat. Under the bench, you will find the carpet; remove it and also take off the plastic cap covering the compartment where the pump is located, which is submerged in the petrol tank. Disconnect the electrical connectors and then detach the fuel inlet and outlet hoses. Remove the safety clip and then take off the container lid. Now you can remove the pump, which will then be disconnected from the lower hoses.
