Removing the Front Bumper on an Opel Insignia

Model: Vauxhall Insigna MK 2, Insigna B - Years 2017-2026

Lift the bonnet and place the support rod in position. Start by unscrewing the bolts at the top of the bumper, as shown in the video. Next, unscrew the fixing screws in the two wheel arches. Raise the car with a jack because you now need to unscrew the lower bolts that secure the bumper from underneath. Once everything is unscrewed, you can finally remove the bumper: work gently to avoid damaging any parts, pulling the bumper out bit by bit until it is completely removed. This operation takes time but is not very complex.
