Instructions for Installing Aftermarket Car Radio

To remove the original car radio, first obtain the appropriate extraction keys: once you have unscrewed the four screws at the corners, insert the keys fully to disengage the retaining springs and pull the radio from its slot, disconnecting the relevant connectors; also remove the internal support.

Then, connect the original wiring to the adapter for the installation of the new radio, insert the fascia and then the support frame, bending some of the metal tabs to secure it. Bring the new radio close to the bracket, connect the plugs and insert it without locking it in place.

Position the front panel and perform a functionality check: only if successful, push the radio until it locks in place.
