Loosen the bolts of the front wheel concerned, lift the car with a jack, and completely remove the wheel. Undo the rear nuts that hold the caliper to the brake disc, as shown in the video.

At this point, you can easily extract the pads from their seats and push back the pistons where they fit: this is because the new pads will obviously be much thicker than the ones removed. Insert the new pads and secure everything by reversing the process.

Refit the wheel you initially removed and repeat the operation on the other front side. As you can see, this is not a complex task.
