Opel Zafira clutch replacement

Model: Vauxhall Zafira MK 3, Zafira C - Years 2011-2019

Loosen the front wheel bolts, raise the hood (this will be needed later) and lift the car onto a bridge if possible. Remove the front wheels. To remove the front shock absorbers you will have to unscrew all the bolts and pins on the hub holder, and then remove the head of the lower arm. At this point remove the head of the steering box. For safety, disconnect the starter motor and the positive pole of the battery. Drain the used gearbox oil by freeing the lower drain hole, then remove the drive shafts by unscrewing the pins that keep them attached to the gearbox. Remove the shift lever and clutch cable. Now, your helper will have to support the gearbox while you remove the nuts that hold the gearbox bell connected to the engine. Remove the disc and the disc pusher from the flywheel. Install the new clutch.
