First, remove the cap behind the internal opening lever (it is shaped like the window lift button) and unscrew the screws underneath; two more screws are located along the internal handle (the access holes are visible); finally, unscrew the screws located under the lower edge of the panel.

At this point, lever along the edges of the panel to release the clips and then remove it; to facilitate the removal of the panel, it may be helpful to unclip the triangular plastic cover located just behind the external rear-view mirror.
