How to remove the steering wheel airbag of an Opel Antara

Model: Vauxhall Antara MK 1 - Years 2006-2015

Before being able to begin, we will have to disconnect the positive pole of the battery of our Opel Antara, so as to work in total safety. We begin by going to sit on the driver's seat, and then unscrew and remove the rear screws that secure the airbag to the steering wheel. After that, we will have to take the airbag out of the steering wheel. At this point, we will need to disconnect the relative electrical plug. When we have disconnected the electric plug, we will be able to definitively remove the airbag from the steering wheel of our Opel Antara, and we will have finished correctly the relative disassembly.
