How to disassemble the steering wheel and its airbag of the Opel Astra

Today's instructions will show us the steps to disassemble and replace the steering wheel and its airbag on the Opel Astra. First, we open the hood and start by disconnecting the battery as a precaution; then we use a thin and pointed tool to push into the rear holes of the airbag, releasing it as shown in the video. Once the electrical connector is disconnected, we unscrew the central screw of the steering wheel with a Torx T50 key or screwdriver, removing the steering wheel; we replace it with the new one and finally reassemble the airbag!
