In this guide, we will see the instructions that will allow us to deactivate the front passenger airbag of the Opel Astra. First, we open the front right door to access the cylinder that allows us to activate and deactivate the front passenger airbag of the Opel Astra; then we insert the ignition key and rotate it to "off" to deactivate the passenger airbag, as shown in the video.

At this point, when we start the engine, we will see that the airbag warning light remains on the dashboard, indicating that it is currently deactivated (in case of a child seat).
