- Years 2006-2014 To be able to replace the radiator of the Opel Corsa, the bonnet must be opened in order to remove the fixing rivets which are located in the upper part of the bumper. This can be removed after having also loosened the screws located in its lower part. After the front bumper has been removed it will be possible to have access to the cooling fan, which will have to be removed by loosening its screws and disconnecting its connector. Now the radiator can be removed from its housing by loosening its fixing torx screws and disconnecting its pipes and relative connectors.
