Replacing the key battery on an Opel Adam is extremely simple, and we will demonstrate it now. Start by removing the upper cover by detaching it by hand, as clearly shown in the video. Done! At this point, get a small flat screwdriver and pry underneath it, extracting it from its housing. Insert the new battery you purchased, which corresponds to the one removed: it is a CR2032 and can easily be found in hardware stores or large supermarkets, costing very little. Refit the cover and test the key's operation. If the car still does not open, it means the problem lies elsewhere.
