- Years 2006-2014 Let's see in this guide how to disassemble and replace the head cover gasket of the Opel Corsa D, following the instructions below. First of all we open the bonnet and start by removing the screws that we find on the sides of the cylinder head cover, using a socket wrench; then we remove the tubes on the sides, as shown in the video. At this point we unscrew the central screws with a T30 torx wrench, in order to remove the injectors; then we remove the cylinder head cover, replacing the old gasket with the new one and reassembling everything!
