Replacing the Engine Air Filter

Model: Vauxhall Corsa Corsa B - Years 1993-2000
Part: Air filter

The engine air filter housing (airbox) is located at the front left of the engine bay (when viewed from the front): therefore, unscrew the fixing screws of the cover located along the edges (once fully unscrewed, the screws remain housed in the cover, so there is no need to remove them), disconnect the mass air flow sensor and lift the cover to extract the old filter. Remove any dirt present in the housing, taking care not to let it fall into the intake duct, insert the new filter ensuring the gasket adheres correctly to the edges, and reassemble the cover by tightening the respective fixing screws and reconnecting the mass air flow sensor.
