Instructions for Replacing Spark Plugs

Model: Vauxhall Corsa Corsa B - Years 1993-2000
Part: Spark plugs

The efficiency of spark plugs in a petrol engine is absolutely crucial as they generate the combustion of the fuel that powers the engine. An inadequate explosion could leave unburnt fuel, resulting in reduced power and carbon build-up in the combustion chambers. To carry out this maintenance, ensure the engine is cold. Disconnect the ignition coil bar complete with leads by unscrewing the respective fixing screws. Blow on the spark plug seats to remove any dirt that could fall into the cylinders during disassembly, then proceed to remove the old spark plugs and install the new ones without exceeding the tightening torque.
