How to Replace the Key Battery in Your Opel

To replace the battery in your Opel key, the procedure is very simple and quick. You will only need a 2032 Lithium 3V battery and a few minutes. Start by pressing the button on the key that releases the metal body using the spring mechanism, bringing the key to the "ready to insert" position. At this point, rotate the key to the side where the OPEL symbol is located and in the groove where the metal body is stored, lever it outwards with your finger to open the cover. Now you can remove the old battery and replace it with the new one.
