Let’s see how to change the traditional air filter of an Opel Corsa to a sporty cone filter; you will need a ratchet spanner and a flat screwdriver. The cone filter can be found on Amazon, it is a SumexBza60pk Race Sport and costs £22.50, with free delivery. Loosen the two clips that hold the filter housing. Remove the hose clip from the airbox. Now remove the air hose, and by pulling towards you, you will be able to take the filter housing out of its place. Along with the filter, spacers have arrived to adapt the filter to our intake hose; choose the one suitable for you and fit it. Take the cone filter, install it, and secure it with its clip. It is very important to align it properly and ensure it is seated correctly. To tighten the clip, you will need the flat screwdriver and a 7 mm socket spanner. To avoid pulling the cables, our YouTuber has created a support to hold the cone filter. Job done.
