This tutorial shows how to remove the front door panel on the Opel Astra, a very simple and quick operation. First, open the door in question, then unclip both the internal mirror cover and the handle cover. Next, unscrew the exposed screws along with those on the outer edge, unclip the window switch console, and, by prying along the entire perimeter, separate the panel from the door. Finally, disconnect the lock cable and follow the reverse procedure to install the replacement.
