As shown in the video, checking the oil level in the Opel Grandland X model 2017 is very simple. Open the bonnet by lifting the lever on the left side of the driver's seat.

Once the bonnet is open and supported by the prop rod, a yellow plastic ring will be visible at the centre of the engine bay, as clearly shown in the video. Lift the dipstick to check the oil level.

Generally speaking, the oil level should be slightly above the lower mark. In the video shown, the oil will need topping up. To do this, remove the cap above the dipstick.

Top up the oil without pouring excessive amounts.
