In this interesting video tutorial, we can see how it is possible to disassemble the front door panel to change the speakers in an Opel Zafira B, following some fundamental steps: Open the door and remove the cover behind the handle (as shown in the video), unscrew the screw with a Torx T20 key; then we need to lift the plastic handle from underneath with our fingers. Before removing the switch panel, we need to lower the window completely; using a flat-head screwdriver, we lever the switch panel up, then lift it with our fingers, disconnect the connector and remove the switch panel. Using the T20 key, we now need to remove the panel fastening elements. Once the fastening screws are removed, we only need to unclip the interlocking clips. Start by detaching the lower part of the panel first. Once the panel is detached, we need to remove the lock cable. Using the Torx key, we unscrew the speaker fastening screws and then disconnect the connected cables. Connect the new speakers and reassemble all the previously removed parts in reverse order.
