To replace the starter motor on the Opel Vectra, open the bonnet to access the plastic cover on top of the engine block: after removing this cover, you will find the starter motor at the rear of the block, just below the windscreen. By loosening the fixing bolts and disconnecting the power cables, the old starter can be removed and replaced with a new part; after replacement, check that everything functions correctly.
