To replace the timing belt on the Opel Insignia, you need to remove the engine from its housing so that the front protective panel can be taken off. Under this panel, you will find the belt around the respective pulleys. By loosening the central nut of the tensioner pulley, you can remove it and slide the belt out of its housing. The new belt can then be inserted and tensioned by reinstalling the tensioner pulley. This way, you can ensure everything is functioning correctly.
