Resetting the service light on the Opel Insignia, as shown in this tutorial, is a very simple and quick operation. Before doing this, ensure you have completed all required scheduled maintenance tasks. Start by going inside the cabin and turning on the ignition, then access the vehicle information menu using the "MENU" button on the left control stalk. Scroll through the various options using the rotary dial, navigate to the remaining oil life, and perform the reset using the "SET/CLR" button. Finally, restart the ignition.
