In this video tutorial, you will learn how to remove and replace the oil sump, or just replace the gasket, of the petrol Opel Corsa 1.2. First, raise the vehicle and start draining the engine oil by unscrewing the drain bolt found on the sump; let the oil drain into a container for about ten minutes, as shown in the video. At this point, unscrew all the fastening screws of the oil sump, which are located on the sides; once removed, you can replace the gasket with a new one, cleaning the base of the sump thoroughly before reassembling everything!
