If the radiator fan on your Opel Zafira has suddenly stopped working, first check the status of the relevant fuses, the location of which is indicated in this video. As shown, there are three fuses located in the box inside the engine compartment, under the black cover next to the battery.

They are labelled F42, F45, and F48. Ensure you replace any faulty fuse with a replacement of equivalent specifications and operate with the vehicle turned off; otherwise, you may damage the fan.
