How to Replace the Cooling Radiator in the Opel Zafira

Today, I will explain how to replace the engine cooling radiator on a 2000 model Opel Zafira. Open the front bonnet and remove the front bumper by first unscrewing the side screws behind the wing and the upper and lower screws. Disconnect the vehicle's battery and remove the radiator connector. Unscrew the two screws on the outer radiator grille and disconnect the connector. Remove the clamp on the radiator hose to detach it. Unscrew the screws on the radiator to remove it and take out the grille. Insert the new cooling grille and reverse the steps for reassembling the previously removed parts.
