How to Replace the Steering Rack on the Vauxhall Astra?

To replace the steering rack on the Vauxhall Astra, lift the car to access the bolts securing the front wheels to their respective hubs. Once the wheels are removed, loosen the bolts securing the steering links to the wheel hubs. Then, unscrew the bolts at the bottom of the car that secure the steering rack to its mounts. The steering rack can now be extracted from its housing, and the corresponding replacement part can be inserted. After replacement, reassemble all previously removed parts.
