How to Replace the Front Headlight Bulb on Opel Astra H

To replace the front headlight bulb (H7 fitting) on the driver's side, you can do this without removing the headlight itself. However, once you open the front bonnet, pull the windscreen washer reservoir fill tube upwards (it is clipped in place). At this point, remove the protective cap located behind the headlight, disconnect the bulb's power connector, and unclip the retaining spring to extract it from its housing. Insert the new bulb, taking care not to touch the glass with your fingers, secure it with the spring, connect the plug, and replace the cap before reinserting the windscreen washer reservoir fill tube.
