Vauxhall Astra - Video tutorial
Model: Vauxhall Astra
Astra G
- Years 1998-2006 Today we will see the instructions that will allow us to disassemble and replace the drum and brake shoes of the rear brakes of the Opel Astra. First of all, we raise the vehicle on the rear side and start removing the wheel; then we unscrew the drum screws to remove it, using an extractor if necessary, as shown in the video. At this point, we release the brake shoe spring to remove them as well, replacing them if necessary with new ones; we clean the braking system from the remaining dirt and finally reassemble the drum and the wheel, adjusting the handbrake afterwards.

Replace the steering angle sensor on the Volkswagen Golf 5When the steering angle sensor malfunction warning light comes on, it may need to be replaced as follows: first remove the steering wheel and the lower steering wheel guard by removing the three fixing screws. The steering sensor is located just below the steering column. To release it you need to have a small screwdriver and insert it into the hole on the front, push the screwdriver all the way down until the clips at the bottom are released. Next, pull down on the back of the card containing the sensor and disengage it from the steering column. At that point take the new card and reposition it, after which proceed backwards to reassemble the various components. by ScegliAuto More videos
