Open the door in question and remove the caps covering the screws to be undone. The first is located behind the door handle, while the others are behind the glossy cover of the armrest, which you can remove by applying leverage with a plastic tool.

Also, remove the window controls and disconnect the connectors. Now, remove the bolts around the panel that secure it to the door, and be careful to disconnect the connectors before completely removing the panel from its housing.
