Today we will see the instructions for disassembling and replacing the front headlight bulb of the Opel Insignia, following these simple steps. First, we open the hood of the car and start by removing the plastic cap found on the top of the headlight assembly; then we disconnect the electrical connector of the bulb, removing it from the headlight assembly, as shown in the video. At this point, we install the new bulb, of the correct type and with the same attachment; we check the operation before reassembling the upper plastic cap.

Then keep the accelerator pedal pressed and at the same time press the brake pedal six times consecutively. When finished, keep both pedals pressed and turn on the ignition. Press the brake pedal again six more times and keep both pedals depressed for approximately 50 seconds. Turn off the ignition. Release the brake pedal and hold the accelerator pedal for another 50 seconds to complete the procedure.
