Resetting the service on an Opel Astra, as shown in this tutorial, is an extremely simple and quick operation. Before proceeding, ensure all scheduled maintenance tasks have been completed.

Start by entering the cabin, then turn on the ignition and, using the "MENU" button on the left control stalk, navigate to the vehicle information tab. Scroll through the various screens using the rotary dial, reach the service screen in question, and perform the reset by pressing the "SET/CLR" button.
