How to Replace the ECU of the Opel Astra?

The ECU of the Opel Astra is located within the engine bay: to access it, open the bonnet to reach the components inside the engine compartment. On the right side of the bay, next to the engine block, you will find the ECU: to remove it from its housing, disconnect the connectors and loosen the screws securing it to its supports.

This will allow you to connect the new one to the supports, placing it back in its housing and securing it again.
